The cross
Dozer was never supposed to exist. In 2018, during a Dosidos pheno hunt at Haze Cultivation in San Jose, one of those plants pollinated an AK-47 growing nearby. A single seed turned up on top of an AK-47 bud, went into a shirt pocket, and grew out chunky, frosty and high yielding in one gallon of soil with no feeding at all. She has been maintained ever since, and she is not available anywhere else.
Gelato 33 brings Sunset Sherbet and Thin Mint GSC — sweet cream, tight cookie structure, heavy trichome coverage. Against Dozer’s earthy sour AK-47 nose and cookie-gas depth, the pairing aims at dessert terpenes on a plant that actually produces.
Worth remembering that Gelato 33 started the same way these seeds will. Sherbinski crossed Sunset Sherbet to Thin Mint GSC in the Bay Area, and the thirty-third plant out of that hunt was the keeper. It picked up the Larry Bird nickname from the jersey number, and half the dessert menu on the West Coast traces back to it. Somebody had to grow the pack out to find her.
There is a nice symmetry to where these ended up. Dozer was found at Haze Cultivation in 2018. Her seeds now sit on the shelf at Haze Dispensary, same people, eight years later.
What to look for in Dozer x Gelato 33 seeds
- Yield is the Dozer contribution and it shows in cola size by week five.
- Gelato 33 tightens structure. The best plants carry Dozer frost on Gelato node spacing.
- Earthy sour under sweet cream is the target. Anything that reads as flat Gelato has lost the mother.
- Dozer runs medium to squatty. Expect the same range here, which suits rooms with limited height.
